The Credit Union National Association (CUNA) is keeping credit union personnel informed and educated with their latest addition to their growing collection of training courses. A duo of interactive courses in CUNA's RegTraC program will help participants engage Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Reg CC materials through interactive and up-to-date presentations that have resulted from extensive feedback and recommendations to create a training experience that all users will enjoy and learn from.

"Bank Secrecy Act (R102-A)" focuses on the BSA and its surrounding elements. From reporting requirements to the retention of records, participants will finish this course with a solid understanding of BSA operations. This course also examines the Customer Identification Program and outlines the penalties for failing to comply with the BSA's requirements. This module contains one course and one exam.

Additionally, readers may pursue "Regulation CC (R101-A)," an in-depth look at the purpose of Reg CC and the requirements for funds availability. Exception holds, notices, disclosures, the forward collection and return process, the impact of Check 21 on funds availability, and much more will all be explored through this extensive course.

These two courses are only a small sampling of the expansive library of training materials CUNA offers. A complete course listing, interactive exercises and much more may all be found under the Training section of CUNA's official website.
