The Assocaition's InfoSight Compliance website has posted a new 2011 compliance calendar that addresses a host of regulations becoming effective in 2011. Our InfoSight Compliance Calendar is an excellent resource if you need to know the dates on which certain compliance actions are due. Besides upcoming compliance events, it includes links to relevant regulations and resources, along with a section of “Other Important Reminders and Information.” Here is a sample of what you’ll see for January:

• January 1st: FACT Act: Risk-based pricing notices (Regulation V) Effective Date
• January 1st: Regulation Z (TILA) Final rule for disclosures under Helping Families Save Their Homes Act effective date
• January 1st: HUD Audit Requirement Changes for Supervised Mortgages effective date
