Welch Part of Interchange Hearing Posted by AVCU on 2:50 PM

Somewhat surprisingly, Vermont Congressman Peter Welch participated as one of the committee members asking questions in today's debit interchange hearing held by the U.S. House Financial Services Committee. Welch's committee assignments do not include House Financial Services. However, he asked for, and was granted, the right to participate and ask questions of the witnesses.
