Another Sony Data Breach Posted by AVCU on 12:15 PM

American Banker is reporting of a security firm's blog entry reporting another data breach at Sony Corporation. After the first breach left Sony's PlayStation Network online gaming service and digital media store out of service for nearly one month, now its BMG website in Greece has fallen under a hacker's attack. A database containing usernames, real names and email addresses of users registered on SonyMusic.gr was posted to an Internet document repository. 

Both attacks have exposed critical flaws in the company's Internet services. Sony recently restored some functions of its PlayStation Network after a 26-day outage, in which the personal data of millions of subscribers was exposed. During the outage, Sony also discovered that the card data of customers of its online PC games had been exposed.
