Litan is vice president for Research and Policy at the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation in Kansas City and as a senior fellow at the Brookings Institution in Washington, D.C. He has a deep background in government and is one of the nation’s foremost experts on banking law, the payments industry, and capital markets.
