There's still time to share information about your overdraft protection program in a short 12-question survey by CUNA. This Friday, May 25th, is the deadline. The survey asks basic credit union information and types of overdraft programs offered.
Questions on advising members of available overdraft protection and how overdraft alerts to the possibility that a transaction may trigger an overdraft fee are also among the survey questions. The survey doesn't collect any identifying information participation is strictly anonymous.
Responses will help develop CUNA's comments to the CFPB on overdraft protection. See additional information and complete the survey here.
