CUNA’s Volunteer Leadership Committee crafted a white paper providing directors with information and inspiration on how to actively engage with their credit unions.  “Directors are members who want to make a difference in their credit union,” says Rudy Pereira, President/CEO of Royal Credit Union in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. “It’s critical that they provide leadership and strategic direction, and that they engage in discussions with the management team for the betterment of the members.”
