CU Difference @ RNC

on 12:15 PM

America’s Credit Unions (CUNA, state leagues and member credit unions) is hosting a ribbon-cutting event today at the Republican National Convention (RNC) in Cleveland. A forum on the state of the middle class is also on tap.

CUNA, the Ohio Credit Union League, the RNC, RealClearPolitics, and UH Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital debuts a horticultural therapy suite that will complement Angie’s Rooftop Garden, part of the Angie Fowler Adolescent & Young Adult Cancer Institute that is open to all patients, at UH Rainbow.

The Ohio Credit Union League in Cleveland, site of the 2016 RNC, and the Pennsylvania Credit Union Association in Philadelphia, site of the 2016 Democratic National Convention, have contributed time and effort to these projects. As a great example of the CUNA/league system, the project as a whole highlights credit unions’ dedication to giving back, part of the credit union difference.

on, followed by a panel with:

  • Alex Conant from Firehouse Strategies
  • RealClearPolitics’ Sean Trende from RealClearPolitics
  • A.B. Stoddard from RealClearPolitics
