The International Cooperative Alliance (ICA) has released a report showing that cooperative businesses are more resilient to the current global economic crisis. "The Resilience of the Cooperative Business Model in Times of Crisis" shows why cooperatives are a more sustainable business enterprise, and focuses heavily on cooperatively owned financial institutions like credit unions and examines why membership in such organizations is growing during this economic current crisis.
