The
Raddon Report conducted an interesting interview with Paula
Stopera, CEO of Capital Communications
FCU in Albany, NY. The credit union surveys its members for satisfaction levels annually, but in their most recent survey ranked in the 100
th percentile for member satisfaction and the 98
th percentile on loyalty, based on the
Raddon Financial Group data.
Stopera began with the credit union as its membership officer 30 years ago at $28 million in assets. Cap Comm now as $750 million in assets and manages over a billion dollars through a
CUSO.
Stopera has been the CEO since 2004.
