John Dwyer, President/CEO of New England Federal Credit Union, is among 12 New England region bank and credit union representatives recently named to the Boston Fed's newly-created Community Depository Institution Advisory Council. The members are serving staggered three-year terms and will likely participate in three meetings per year at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, where they will offer information, advice, and recommendations on  on the banking industry marketplace in New England to Boston Fed representatives. Other credit union representatives include Jim Blake of HarborOne CU in Massachusetts and Mike L'Ecuyer of Bellwether Community CU in New Hampshire.
