Rumor has it that in a high profile 11 am press conference today Vermont Governor Jim Douglas will announce his intent not to run for a fifth term in 2010. Douglas recently became chair of the National Governors Association, keeping him involved with DC politics. Additionally, he's close to President Obama so conjecture is that he may become another Obama GOP administration appointee.
